Designed in-house as an upgrade to bolt on to a standard LS1-LS6 manifolds (Gen III in VT-VY). The standard throttle body tapers down from 102mm to a 75mm blade and outlet. The problem with this configuration is that the throttle blade and shaft interferes with airflow, effectively reducing the diameter of the throttle outlet to much less than 75mm. Tests have shown that the interference caused by an 84mm shaft and blade is equivalent to an open, uninterrupted 75mm diameter.
Therefore, the 84mm throttle body offers optimum flow for standard Gen III manifolds and works exceptionally well with custom MAF and MAFless tunes. Also, all standard throttle hardware fits directly onto the BPM throttle body ensuring simple fitment with no further accessories required.

Originally designed in-house for the Performance Holden V8 manifolds, these throttle bodies have also been used in a wide range of other large horsepower applications.

Originally designed in-house for our LS1 Supercharger Packages, these throttle bodies are used in a wide range of large horsepower applications. The 94mm throttle bodies have also been successfully used on LS1 head and cam packages, LS1 stroker packages as well as turbo charged applications.
The 94mm throttle body uses the same bolt pattern as stock Gen III manifold. These throttle bodies have also been successfully and simply modified to fit the popular FAST manifold.
